เมื่อวันที่ ๒๕ เมษายน ๒๕๖๘ นายวราวุธ ภู่อภิญญา เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน ได้มอบหมายให้นางกรรณมน เสนาณรงค์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา เป็นผู้แทนเข้าร่วมงานวันทหารผ่านศึกออสเตรเลียและนิวซีแลนด์ (ANZAC Day) และวางพวงมาลา เพื่อไว้อาลัยและรำลึกถึงทหารออสเตรเลียและนิวซีแลนด์ที่เสียชีวิตในสงครามโลกครั้งที่ ๑ และสงครามโลกครั้งที่ ๒ ณ National War Memorial กรุงเวลลิงตัน
โดยในปีนี้ (๒๕๖๘) นิวซีแลนด์ไว้อาลัยในโอกาสครบรอบ ๘๐ ปี การสิ้นสุดสงครามโลกครั้งที่ ๒ (๒๔๘๘) ครบรอบ ๗๕ ปี การเริ่มต้นสงครามเกาหลี (๒๔๙๓) และครบรอบ ๖๐ ปี การส่งทหารนิวซีแลนด์ไปร่วมรบในสงครามเวียดนาม (๒๕๐๘)
On the 25th of April 2025, Mr Waravuth Pouapinya, Ambassador of Thailand to New Zealand, assigned Mrs Kanamon Senanarong, Minister-Counsellor, to join the National Commemoration of ANZAC Day to remember Australian and New Zealand fallen soldiers in World Wars I and II and lay wreaths in their honour at the National War Memorial in Wellington.
This year, New Zealand commemorates the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in 1945. Also, New Zealand remembers the 75th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War (1950) and the 60th anniversary of the deployment of New Zealand combat troops to Vietnam (1965).
