การนัดหมายขอรับบริการกงสุล

ผู้ขอรับบริการด้านหนังสือเดินทาง บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน นิติกรณ์ และทะเบียนราษฎร์ ดำเนินการจองคิวนัดหมายล่วงหน้า ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. จองคิวนัดหมาย 

    หนังสือเดินทาง/บัตรประชาชน  (คลิ๊กที่นี่)

    งานนิติกรณ์/ทะเบียนราษฎร์  (คลิ๊กที่นี่)
      - รับรองเอกสาร
      - หนังสือมอบอำนาจ
      - การขอผ่อนผันการเกณฑ์ทหาร (กรณีศึกษาอยู่ในต่างประเทศ)
      - สูติบัตร / มรณบัตร
      - จดทะเบียนสมรส / ทะเบียนหย่า

2. รอรับแจ้งยืนยันวัน/เวลานัดหมายทางอีเมล 

3. จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับบริการที่ขอรับ

    - เอกสารประกอบการขอทำบัตรประชาชน (คลิ๊กที่นี่)      
    - เอกสารประกอบการขอทำหนังสือเดินทาง (คลิ๊กที่นี่)        
    - เอกสารประกอบการขอรับบริการงานนิติกรณ์ (คลิ๊กที่นี่)   
    - เอกสารสำหรับงานทะเบียนราษฎร์/ทะเบียนครอบครัว (คลิ๊กที่นี่)

4. ในวันที่นัดหมาย:

    - นำบัตรประชาชนไทยและหนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงมายื่น พร้อมเอกสารที่จัดเตรียมไว้  
    - ขอให้เดินทางมาที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ล่วงหน้า 15 นาทีก่อนเวลานัดหมาย

** หมายเหตุ: สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ จะพยายามจัดสรรเวลาเพื่อให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่ไม่มีนัดหมาย อย่างไรก็ดี เพื่อความสะดวกของท่าน สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

แนะนำให้ผู้ขอรับบริการทำการนัดหมายล่วงหน้าก่อนเพื่อความสะดวกของท่าน

Consular Services by Appointment Only (No Walk-ins)

The Royal Thai Embassy will be open to the public by appointment.  If you require passport, ID card, legalization or registration services, please make an appointment before visiting the Embassy.  Please see below for appointment booking procedures.

Non-Thai nationals planning to travel to Thailand may submit visa applications at the Embassy between 09.30 am - 12.00 pm without an appoinment.   

1. Request an appointment for the required service

- Thai Passports / ID Cards, (Click here to request appointment)    

- Legalisation / Registration,(Click here to request appointment)

- Legalisation of NZ Documents and Translated Documents
       - Letter of Consent for Minor to Travel and Obtain a Thai Passport
       - Power of Attorney
       - Registration of Birth & Death
       - Registration of Marriage & Divorce

2. Wait for confirmation of appointment date and time (by email)

3. Prepare supporting documents

    - ID Card Services (Click Here)

    - Registration Services (Click Here)

4. On the date of appointment:

    - Please bring your Thai ID card and passport, together with all relevant documents to the Embassy  
    - Please arrive at the Embassy 15 minutes before the scheduled time
