เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2568 สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ทรงเป็นองค์ประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการมูลนิธิรางวัลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ เพื่อพิจารณาตัดสินผู้ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ประจำปี 2568

ผลการตัดสินผู้ได้รับเลือกเป็นผู้รับพระราชทานรางวัลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ประจำปี 2568 ได้แก่ นางฉาง ลิยาน จากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยพิจารณาจากผลงานที่มีความโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์ในด้านการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์จนเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ นางฉาง ลิยาน เป็นผู้นำของวิชาชีพการพยาบาลในการขยายและพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการการพยาบาล การวิจัยทางการพยาบาล การตอบสนองนโยบายด้านสุขภาพของรัฐบาล โดยเฉพาะพัฒนางานการพยาบาลด้านสาธารณภัยเพื่อช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟูผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติ ซึ่งเป็นงานด้านมนุษยธรรม และช่วยส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างประเทศที่สำคัญ

มูลนิธิรางวัลสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จัดตั้งขึ้นในวโรกาส 100 ปีแห่งการเสด็จพระราชสมภพของสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี เมื่อวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2543 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพิจารณาให้รางวัลแก่ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และ/หรือ การผดุงครรภ์วิชาชีพ จากทุกประเทศทั่วโลกที่มีผลงานดีเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์ทั้งในระดับชาติ และระดับนานาชาติ ทั้งนี้ พิธีพระราชทานรางวัลฯ ประจำปี 2568 จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ พระบรมมหาราชวัง

Announcement of the Princess Srinagarindra Award 2025

On 24 September 2025, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the meeting of the Princess Srinagarindra Award Foundation’s Committee under Royal Patronage to decide on the recipient of the Princess Srinagarindra Award 2025.

The committee selected Mrs. Zhang Liyan from the People’s Republic of China as the recipient of the Princess Srinagarindra Award 2025. She was recognized for her outstanding contributions in the fields of nursing and midwifery, which have garnered both national and international acclaim. Mrs. Zhang Liyan is a leader in the nursing profession, advancing and improving the quality of nursing services, nursing research, and health policัy responses. In particular, she has contributed to the development of disaster nursing, supporting and rehabilitating disaster victims, demonstrating important humanitarian work and her contribution to fostering relations on the international scale.

The Princess Srinagarindra Award Foundation under Royal Patronage was established on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, on 21 October 2000, with the aim of recognizing exceptional nursing and/or midwifery professionals from around the world, whose contributions are acknowledged both nationally and internationally. The 2025 award ceremony will be held on 22 October 2025, at the Grand Palace.
