สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน จัดงานเฉลิมฉลองวันชาติ วันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และวันพ่อแห่งชาติ ผ่านโปรแกรมออนไลน์ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมเป็นคณะทูตานุทูต หน่วยงานทีมประเทศไทย หน่วยงานและชาวนิวซีแลนด์ ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับกล่องอาหารและขนมไทยได้แก่ ขนมกลีบลำดวน ซึ่งมีกลิ่นหอมจากเทียนอบ หมี่กรอบซึ่งมีรสชาติครบสามรส เปรียบเสมือนความสนุกสนาน หลากหลายรสชาติของประเทศไทย และขนมรังนก ซึ่งผลิตจากมันหวานคูมารา ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งอาหารสำคัญของชาวเมารี ทั้งนี้ เพื่อสร้างความรำลึกถึงประเทศไทยให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน
To celebrate the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day on 5 December 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy, Wellington organized several activities which included a virtual National Day celebration, where HE. Mr. Pornpop Uampidhaya and Mr. Mark Sinclair, Deputy Secretary, Americas and Asia Group, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of New Zealand, delivered their speeches which highlighted the ever closer relationship between the Kingdom of Thailand and New Zealand and potential cooperation in the post-pandemic recovery era. Also on that day, “Experience Thailand” treats packages were sent to our special guests, in order to transport their senses to the Land of Smiles.
