เอกอัครราชทูต Pérez Bravo มีประสบการณ์กว้างขวางด้านการต่างประเทศยาวนาน 51 ปี เคยดำรงตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูตในหลายประเทศ และดำรงเอกอัครราชทูตเม็กซิโกประจำนิวซีแลนด์ 7 ปี มีความรู้ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับนิวซีแลนด์ มีอัธยาศัยดี ทำให้เป็นที่ชื่นชมและเคารพนับถือในหมู่คณะทูตในกรุงเวลลิงตันและฝ่ายนิวซีแลนด์

 

การจัดเลี้ยงครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยสำรับไทยที่เป็นที่นิยม ได้แก่ ต้มยำกุ้ง ผัดไทย และแกงเขียวหวานปลาแซลมอน โดยนำเสนอการใช้วัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นปรุงสูตรอาหารแบบไทย และการแกะสลักผลไม้ไทยจัดแต่งสำรับอาหาร ซึ่งได้รับความชื่นชมและสร้างความประทับใจแก่คณะทูตานุทูตเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

 

ในโอกาสนี้ คณบดีคณะทูตได้กล่าวขอบคุณเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และภริยาสำหรับอัธยาศัยไมตรีและความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา

 

On 7 October 2026, H.E. Mr. Mongkol Visitstump, Thai Ambassador to New Zealand, and wife, Mdm. Dang Thi Thu Ha (Pran) hosted a farewell dinner at Thai Residence in honour of H.E. Mr. Alfredo Rogerio Pérez Bravo, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Wellington and Ambassador of Mexico, and his wife, Dr. Julieta Cervantes Vázquez, upon the conclusion of their tenure, with the presence of invited Ambassadors and spouses from five countries.

 

Ambassador Pérez Bravo possesses extensive diplomatic experience spanning 51 years, having served as ambassador in multiple countries, including a seven-year term as Mexico’s Ambassador to New Zealand. He is held in high regard and affection by both the diplomatic corps and the New Zealand side.

 

The dinner featured a selection of popular Thai dishes, including Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, and Green Curry with Salmon, showcasing the use of locally sourced ingredients prepared according to traditional Thai recipes. The dishes were complemented by traditional Thai fruit carvings, adding an artistic touch to the presentation. The cuisine and its presentation were highly appreciated by the guests and left a lasting impression.

 

On this occasion, the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps expressed his sincere appreciation to the Ambassador and his wife for their warm hospitality and close cooperation throughout the years.
