เอกอัครราชทูตเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะข้าหลวงใหญ่หมู่เกาะคุกประจำนิวซีแลนด์

                   เมื่อวันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายมงคล วิศิษฏ์สตัมภ์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน พร้อมด้วยนายณัฐพล สอนจรูญ นักการทูตชำนาญการ (ที่ปรึกษา) เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ H.E. Ms. Kairangi Samuela ข้าหลวงใหญ่หมู่เกาะคุกประจำนิวซีแลนด์ ในโอกาสการแนะนำตัวเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่

                   เอกอัครราชทูตฯ และข้าหลวงใหญ่ฯ ได้หารือเกี่ยวกับการครบรอบ 20 ปี เมื่อปี 2568 ของความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีระหว่างประเทศไทยกับหมู่เกาะคุกและแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในอนาคต โดยเฉพาะด้านการแพทย์ การเกษตร ประมง การพัฒนาธุรกิจ  ตลอดจนได้หารือเกี่ยวกับบทบาทความร่วมมือของไทยในฐานะประเทศคู่เจรจาภายใต้กรอบ Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) และ Thailand-Pacific Island Countries Forum (TPIF) เช่น การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เรื่องปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และความร่วมมือในการปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ

The Introductory meeting between the Ambassador and The Cook Islands High Commissioner

          On 6 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Mongkol Visitstump, Ambassador of Thailand, accompanied by Mr. Natthaphol Sonjaroon, Counsellor, paid an introductory courtesy call on H.E. Ms Kairangi Samuela, High Commissioner of the Cook Islands to New Zealand.

          The Ambassador and the High Commissioner discussed the auspicious occasion of 20^th anniversary in 2025 of the Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and the Cook Islands, and the promotion of further cooperation especially in healthcare, agriculture, fisheries, and business development. They also exchanged views of Thailand’s role as the PIF Dialogue Partner under the framework of Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) and Thailand-Pacific Islands Forum (TPIF), including the knowledge exchange of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) and cooperation for climate change resilience.
