เมื่อวันที่ ๒๑ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๘ นางกรรณมน เสนาณรงค์ อุปทูตฯ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมกับชุมชนไทยในนิวซีแลนด์ จัดกิจกรรมจิตอาสาทำความดีบำเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์ โดยได้ร่วมกันรักษาความสะอาดชายหาด Oriental Bay Beach กรุงเวลลิงตัน เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพ พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร วันชาติ และวันพ่อแห่งชาติ ๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๘ 

Oriental Bay Beach เป็นชายหาดกลางกรุงเวลลิงตัน เป็นที่นิยมสำหรับการพักผ่อนหย่อนใจและทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ริมทะเล โดยกิจกรรมจิตอาสาในครั้งนี้ เป็นการส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ชาวนิวซีแลนด์ให้ความสำคัญ เพื่อร่วมกันรักษาความสวยงามของกรุงเวลลิงตัน ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความสามัคคีในการบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมนิวซีแลนด์ของชุมชนไทย

On 21 November 2025, Mrs. Kanamon Senanarong, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i., of the Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington, together with Embassy officials, staff, and members of the Thai community, participated in the volunteer cleaning activity at Oriental Bay Beach in Wellington, on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, and Thailand's Father’s Day on 5 December 2025.

Oriental Bay Beach, one of Wellington’s popular destinations, served as the venue for this cleaning activity, which aimed at preserving New Zealand’s natural beauty and highlighted the Thai community’s contribution to New Zealand society.
