เมื่อวันที่ ๖ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๘ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน ร่วมกับสมาคมคนไทยในกรุงเวลลิงตัน ได้จัดกิจกรรมสอนศิลปะการแกะสลักผักและผลไม้ระดับกลาง ครั้งที่ ๒ ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีนางบุญร่วม เครือผือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการแกะสลักผักและผลไม้เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยในครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้แกะสลักแครอทและฟักทองเป็นลายพันธุ์ไม้ตามแบบไทยให้สวยงามและปราณีต

สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ขอขอบคุณบริษัท กีวี และคมคม โปรดักส์ จำกัด ที่ได้ให้การสนับสนุนมีดและอุปกรณ์แกะสลักสำหรับกิจกรรมอันเป็นประโยชนี้ด้วย สำหรับกิจกรรมแกะสลักผักและผลไม้ระดับกลางครั้งต่อไป จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ ๑๓ และ ๒๐ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๘ ตั้งแต่เวลา ๑๒.๐๐ - ๑๔.๐๐ น. ผู้สนใจสามารถติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารจากสื่อของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ทางเว็บไซต์ https://wellington.thaiembassy.org, เฟซบุ๊ก https://www.facebook.com/thaiembassy.wellington และอินสตาแกรม thaiembassywellington

On 6 July 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington, in collaboration with Wellington’s Thai Community, organized the second intermediate vegetable and fruit carving class, led by Ms. Bunruam Kearpue, an expert in this traditional art form. This week, participants learned how to carve carrots and pumkins into exquisite Thai floral designs to create beautiful and delicate designs.

The Royal Thai Embassy would like to express its appreciation to Kiwi and Kom Kom Products Co., Ltd. for providing carving knives to the participants.

The Royal Thai Embassy will continue to organize these activities regularly for the public. The next classes will be held on Sundays: 13 and 20 July 2025.
