เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ และ ๒๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๗ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเวลลิงตัน ร่วมกับสมาคมคนไทยและชุมชนไทยในกรุงเวลลิงตัน จัดกิจกรรมสอนแกะสลักผักและผลไม้ โดยมีนางบุญร่วม เครือผือ      ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการแกะสลักผักและผลไม้เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวิทยากรผู้สอน ดังลิงก์ : https://shorturl.at/TYeMm

กิจกรรมแกะสลักผักและผลไม้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์วัฒนธรรมไทยในประเทศนิวซีแลนด์ เพื่อให้ชาวต่างชาติได้รู้จักและเข้าใจถึงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมไทยมากยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ชุมชนไทยที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการดังกล่าว ยังสามารถนำความรู้และทักษะที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปต่อยอดกับการทำงานและการใช้ชีวิตของตนในนิวซีแลนด์ด้วย

On 18 and 25 August 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington, in collaboration with the Wellington's Thai Community, New Zealand, organized vegetable and fruits carving classes. The Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington is committed to promoting Thai culture in New Zealand. These initiatives aim to introduce international audiences to Thai culture and art. One of the activities is fruit and vegetable carving classes. Participants could also apply their knowledge to their life and work in New Zealand.
